Project Overview

Strategic plan and commercialisation of a learning  and professional development portal for the sport and recreation industry. On behalf of NZ Recreation Association and in partnership with SportNZ and SkillsActive we developed the thinking behind the platform and the value it could deliver to the industry.

Phase 2 required overseeing the development of the platform and the onboarding of content providers and user groups from councils, corporates, local government, regional sports trusts and national sporting organisations.
